Intake to handover

No surprises
on the bill.

The card follows your machine from the gate to the handover. You approve the cost before any work starts.

  1. Step 01

    Book

Call, WhatsApp or use the form. Same-day slots are usually open for diagnostics.

  2. Step 02

    Diagnose

A specialist in the workshop takes a look at the machine and traces the fault before touching a bolt.

  3. Step 03

    Quote

You get parts, labour and a date in writing. Nothing proceeds until you say yes.

  4. Step 04

    Fix

The repair is done by the specialist for that job, with torque figures recorded as we go.

  5. Step 05

    Road test

Every machine is ridden before it is signed off. Brakes, gears, charging, heat.

  6. Step 06

    Hand over

You leave with the closed card and the old parts if you want them.

From the riders

Word travels
fast in traffic.

  • “Two shops told me the engine was finished. These guys found a blocked injector in under an hour and showed me the part. I have not gone anywhere else since.”
Kevin OtienoDucati Monster · Rider since 2019
  • “I ride to Turkana most years and I will not leave Nairobi until they have been over the bike. They found a cracked final drive seal that would have ended the trip on day two.”
Grace WanjiruBMW R1250GS · Adventure rider
  • “They quoted the build, stuck to it, and called me every week with photos. When I picked it up they handed me a folder with every receipt in it.”
